His journey from Production Manager to Millwright, and later as Light Design Program Manager, showcases his diverse expertise and innovative problem-solving skills. As Owner and COO, Stephan excels in managing complex projects, ensuring operational excellence, strategic resource allocation, and successful execution. His commitment and extensive industry knowledge make him an invaluable asset to our team.
Alex Cross founded Cross Construction in January 2017, bringing a profound appreciation for home construction honed from high school building trades. Alex's leadership is defined by a meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to integrity and ethical values. His vision and patience ensure every project is a testament to quality and communication. Outside of work, Alex enjoys camping, dirt biking, and composing music with his children, reflecting his love for challenges and life's small moments.
Tegan Nardone brings a dynamic blend of expertise in HR, talent acquisition, and operations to Cross Construction. With a career spanning HR leadership and public relations, Tegan excels in optimizing efficiency and enhancing client satisfaction. His career began at Stock Building Supply, honing his skills in inventory management and delivery. Kevin's expertise grew at Automated Business Supply and FedEx, where he excelled in product delivery and installations. As the founder of Destroyed Limits Athletics, he showcased his entrepreneurial spirit and business acumen. Now, as Lead Architectural Installer, Kevin oversees complex projects with precision and adherence to industry standards, making him a valuable leader.
Cordell Hall brings a lifelong passion for homebuilding to his role as Superintendent at Cross Construction. With experience spanning production, semi-custom residential, and high-end custom projects, he thrives on the art and craftsmanship that go into creating exceptional homes. Outside of work, Cordell enjoys spending time with his wife and their golden retriever, often found camping, fishing, or boating. An outdoor enthusiast and hands-on problem solver, he also loves off-roading, working on his truck, reading to expand his knowledge, and capturing moments through photography.
Camille Cross leads marketing efforts for Cross Construction, developing strategies and campaigns that strengthen the company’s brand and highlight its craftsmanship. She also manages vendor relations, ensuring seamless collaboration through diligent documentation and accurate recordkeeping. A mother and devoted wife, Camille is a lifelong learner with a degree in Bio-Cultural Anthropology from Oregon State University. Passionate about the natural world, she enjoys hiking, mountain biking, and exploring the beauty of outdoor landscapes.
Currently studying Construction Management at Utah Valley University, Chloe brings a deep passion for building and a strong work ethic to the Cross Construction team. Since starting as an intern, she has embraced every learning opportunity, gaining hands-on experience in luxury home construction under the guidance of experienced mentors. Driven by a lifelong interest in the craft, Chloe finds purpose in the details and progress of each project.Outside of work, she enjoys playing lacrosse, snowboarding, camping, reading, and competing on the pickleball court. Her commitment to growth, both professionally and personally, makes her a valued part of our team.
Nik Liabenow joined Cross Construction in 2025, bringing hands-on experience in both ironworking and glazing. Since then, he has become a dedicated member of our installation team, known for his strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to seeing each project through from start to finish. Nik values the collaboration and camaraderie that come with the job, believing that great results are built on great teamwork. His passion for construction and steady presence on-site make him a trusted and respected member of our crew.
